Asparagus racemosus commonly known as wild asparagus, satmuli, satawari, shatamuli, satawar, and also asparagus volubilis is a climbing perennial asparagus with its origins in the Himalayas.
It is found at the height of 300 to 6500 feet. The flowers of asparagus racemosus given an alluring aroma which is pretty similar to the smell of a sweet almond.
The pollination process takes place through tiny wasps. The flowers further give way to red colored berries which contain black seeds round in shape.
