Albizia lebbeck also known as East India Walnut, flea tree, woman tongue, koko and fry wood is an attractive tree which can grow up to a height of four to fifteen meters.
The bark of the tree is pale and it has a spreading crown, the flowers are yellowish white in color and multiple long stamens.
The local name of the tree 'woman's tongue is because of the sound the seeds make when they move inside the pods.
In ancient India's state Tamil Nadu the flowers of tree were used to make a crown which was used to welcome victorious soldiers from the war. It also has many medicinal uses.
