Description: Zanthoxylum riedelianum is a tropical tree in the citrus family (Rutaceae), native to South America. It develops aromatic foliage and characteristic prickles on its trunk and branches. Like other Zanthoxylum species, it produces small flowers followed by distinctive fruits containing dark seeds.
 
Germination tips:
Soak seeds in warm water for 24 hours.
Sow 0.5–1 cm deep in a well-draining, fertile seed mix.
Keep the soil moist but never waterlogged.
Maintain 24–30°C for best results.
Provide bright, indirect light and be patient—germination may be slow and irregular.
